These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of verifis.ai and related services provided by Verifis Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Verifis").

The service: Verifis provides a directory, comparison engine, and unified integration gateway for third-party AI agent platforms. Platform listings are informational; platform services themselves are governed by each provider's own terms.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the service, including scraping at scale, circumventing rate limits, or using the gateway for unlawful activity.

Accounts & billing: paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Disclaimers: the service is provided "as is". Verifis makes no warranties regarding third-party platforms listed or integrated through the gateway.

Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Verifis's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
